At Cup of Deals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if your product meets the following criteria:

• Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Item: The item must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exceptions: Some items may be excluded from returns, such as perishable goods or items sold "as is." These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Downloadable products
• Items marked "final sale"
• Used or opened items
• Items without original packaging or tags

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our website or by email at info@cupofdeals.com You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Error: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or an incorrect item ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Our Error: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for a refund, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer exchanges for returned items. However, you can return your unwanted item and then place a new order for the correct item.
