SHIPPING

Do you ship to my country?

Fo now we ship to the following countries US, Canada, UK, Australia and we often for free and always with ​door-to-door ​tracking

How long does shipping usually takes?

After an order has been placed, your items will be sent out within 2-5 business days. For most items it would usually take 10-15 business days for shipping (US & Canada) and 30+ business days delivery to other countries .

Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates and up to 35 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase

Can I track my Order?

W​e use a variety of delivery services including DHL​,​ ePacket and others depending on the location of you product and ​final ​destination. All orders are shipped with global tracking numbers and can be accessed via the​ courier portal​ at any time​.​ You will be provides with a link once your shipment goes out.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a post office box for shipping purposes because our shipper only delivers to street addresses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the variety of payment options including the Visa, American Express and  Mastercard to name a few. All payments are processed through secure PCI DSS compliant encrypted connection for the highest​ ​level of security.

Is my information secure?

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

RETURNS POLICY

What is your Return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase then we can only offer you an exchange. For  an exchange to be  authorized, your product must be in good condition, undamaged and returned along with it's original packaging.

How long do I get to send the product back?

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date however we do make exceptions if delivery of your item was delayed.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

What happens if my product arrive and I don't like it?

If you are unhappy with your product then you must inform us promptly via email at sales@cupofdeals.com. If your item is deemed unacceptable, you must return the item in good condition and in it's original packaging no later than 30 days from the original order date. Return postage will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We will credit your account once we are in possession of the returned item.

What is your quality assurance guarantee?

Our products are carefully inspected  prior to shipping however if your item arrives and is is defectively or damaged in any way we will replace it. Simply contact us via email at sales@cupofdeals.com and be sure to include a photo/s and or video documenting the damage.
